The two steps
Start free. Pay when you want it kept right.
1 · Free
The fix, today.
Pull up your Google listing. Something on it is wrong — the hours, an old photo, no menu, reviews nobody answered. Text Taylor the fix; he makes the change by hand the same day. No account, nothing to sign.
2 · Starter · $99 a month
Kept right.
Holiday hours, a new dish, a price, a photo from your phone: text it and it's changed on your site the same day — and Taylor is on the hook for all of it. $100 of changes a month included, no minimum, cancel by text.
Connect your Google listing and text Patch your hours or holiday hours. Add founder@patchlamp.com as a manager on your Google Business Profile; it takes about two minutes on your phone. Patch accepts within ten minutes and texts you. Google can take a few minutes to show changes everywhere. Until connected, Taylor makes listing changes by hand the same day.
Every price on this page is the published one on /pricing. No setup fee on any step. Want a site built for you rather than a template filled in? That's Standard, $250 a month.
Along the Wasatch Front
Most independents are already selling online. Through someone else.
55%
of 2,552 independent restaurants we checked from Ogden to Santaquin have no online ordering of their own — 1,395 places. 855 are on the delivery apps only; 348 use DoorDash's hosted page as "their own".
855
take online orders only through the delivery apps, and the app takes its cut of every one. Only 192 have no online ordering anywhere, hand-checked, and most of those are tiny: a median of under 15 Google reviews.
303
median Google reviews for the restaurants without their own ordering; two in three have over a hundred, 4.4 stars on average. These aren't struggling places. They're paying rent on their own customers.
How we know: a census of 5,492 Google-listed places from Ogden to Santaquin in August 2026, every price level, chains taken out. Each independent's website was scanned and every one checked against DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, order.online and Toast; in September every site that showed no ordering was opened again in a real browser, every holdout's Google Maps order button was read, and the last list was checked by hand. Figures as of 2026-09-25.
Before you say yes
Straight answers.
What does "on the hook" mean?
Taylor answers for every change. Patch does the work in about a minute; if it is wrong, you text once and it is fixed, and Taylor sees every conversation. It is a service with a person behind it, not a tool you are handed.
What can I change by text today?
Your website: hours, the menu, prices, photos from your phone, a new page of the kind you have. Connect your Google listing, then text Patch your hours or holiday hours. Google can take a few minutes to show changes everywhere. Until connected, Taylor makes listing changes by hand the same day. Patch drafts review replies; Taylor posts them only after you approve.
Do you do online ordering?
Not right now. Keep whatever you take orders through today; if you want it linked from your site, that is a text.
Is there a contract?
No. No plan has a minimum: cancel by text, any time.
Who am I paying?
Plateful LLC, Taylor's company, through Stripe. The statement says PATCHLAMP.
