Patchlamp

Nonprofits, churches and leagues · Utah

The board member texts the schedule change from the bleachers, and the site is right.

Small nonprofits, congregations, youth leagues, clubs and HOAs.

Your mission and a calendar of what is on, a volunteer sign-up kept in a list you open at /admin, and a donate page that links to your own giving page. Anyone you authorize can text a change.

It's AI, with someone on the hook. Taylor Remund runs it, in Utah, and answers for every change.

What we found

We checked every nonprofit, congregation, league and club Google lists from Ogden to Santaquin.

707

independent businesses in this group, still open, chains taken out.

13%

of them — 91 businesses — have no website of their own: 62 none at all, 20 a dead link, 6 a Facebook or Instagram page standing in for one, 3 a free builder address.

1,227

across all five groups, out of 5,865 businesses we checked. Your competitors are not as far ahead as you think — and the ones with a site are.

How we know: A census of 6,672 Google-listed businesses from Ogden to Santaquin, 33 categories across 14 cities, chains taken out; each one's website link was then opened and classified (none, a social page, a directory profile, a dead link, a free builder address, or a site of its own). The city is the one whose search found the business first. Figures as of 2026-09-28; the group with no site of its own is younger and smaller than average — a median of 8 Google reviews against 45 for the ones with a site.

What we find

These are the lines, word for word.

Nothing here is written by a model. Each sentence is computed from what Google shows, by the same rules whether it comes off the Saturday list, out of a message, or off the page where you can check your own.

Where the website link goes

  • 62 no website on Google
  • 6 the website link is a Facebook page, not a site of their own
  • 20 the website link is a business.site page, and Google shut those down in 2024: it's a dead link
  • 3 the website is a free Wix address (example.wixsite.com)

The counts are this group's, as of 2026-09-28.

What the listing itself shows

  • no hours on Google
  • no photos
  • Google shows a street address, not the area they serve
  • no phone on Google
  • only 3 photos
  • a 2★ review 3 weeks ago
  • newest review is 16 months old

Read live from Google when you check a business, not from the census.

38% of nonprofit communicators are a one-person team, and 73% of those call time management very or extremely challenging. (Nonprofit Marketing Guide, 2025, read 2026-09-28.)

The one built for this

Nonprofit, church or event: a real site, live right now.

A cause, a congregation or a club with things on. It comes with:

  • Your mission and a calendar of what's on
  • A volunteer sign-up, kept in a list you open at /admin
  • A donate page that links to your own giving page

The business in the demo is made up. The site is real, on the same setup a client gets, and it goes back to its golden copy every night.

All 6 plans, side by side, are on /pricing. No setup fee on any of them. How that compares to an agency, a builder and doing nothing.

Before you say yes

Straight answers.

We are too small to pay for a website.

The cheapest plan keeps a site up on your own domain; the one above it lets anyone you authorize change it by text. Cancel by text, no minimum on either.

Who is allowed to change it?

Only the people you authorize. Everyone else gets no answer, and you see every conversation.

Can people sign up and give on it?

Sign-ups land in a list you open at /admin. The donate page links to your own giving page, so the money never passes through us.

More of them on how it works. The other four: Home and field services, Solo professionals and creatives, Makers and pickup retail, restaurants.
