Patchlamp

Restaurants · Utah

Text Patch and it's done. Your Google listing, your menu, your hours — changed in a minute by a number you text.

It's AI, with someone on the hook. Taylor Remund runs it, in Utah, and answers for every change.

The three steps

Start free. Pay when you want it kept right.

1 · Free

The fix, today.

Pull up your Google listing. Something on it is wrong — the hours, an old photo, no menu, reviews nobody answered. Text Taylor the fix and it's live today. No account, nothing to sign.

2 · Starter · $99 a month

Kept right.

Holiday hours, a new dish, a price, a photo from your phone: text it and it's changed on your site the same day — and Taylor is on the hook for all of it. $100 of changes a month included, no minimum, cancel by text.

Today Patch changes your website by text; Google-listing and review changes go through Taylor by hand, same day. Patch takes those over as we connect Google.

3 · Standard · $250 a month + ordering

Your own ordering, at 4% instead of 25%.

A site built for you, support on call, and your own online ordering page: 4% on each order's food subtotal, capped at $399 a month, card processing at cost. The apps take 25% and keep the customer.

Ordering runs on Plateful, our own engine: menu, checkout, payments, Square and Clover, delivery. Taylor sets it up with you.

Every price on this page is the published one on /pricing. No setup fee on any step.

The number

What the apps cost you, against your own page.

Put in what goes through DoorDash, Uber Eats and the rest in a month. The comparison is all-in: our side includes card processing at cost, because the apps' commission includes it too.

Platform fee 4%, capped at $399 a calendar month. Processing is Stripe's 2.9% + 30¢ an order, passed through at cost. Delivery, if you offer it, is quoted to the customer at checkout. The Standard monthly is separate: it pays for the site and Patch, not for orders.

Along the Wasatch Front

Most independents are already selling online. Through someone else.

56%

of 851 independent restaurants we checked have no online ordering of their own — 476 places. 310 are on the apps only; 160 use DoorDash's hosted page as "their own".

6

have no online ordering anywhere, hand-verified. The other 470 without a channel of their own are taking online orders today and paying someone else's commission on every one.

840

median Google reviews for the restaurants without their own channel; 96% have over a hundred, 4.4 stars on average. These aren't struggling places. They're paying rent on their own customers.

How we know: a July 2026 scan of every independent restaurant's website across 50 Wasatch Front cities ($–$$), every one then checked against DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, order.online and Toast in August, the holdouts verified by hand. Figures as of 2026-08-19; a wider census is in progress and isn't quoted until it's verified.

Founding restaurants

0% platform fee for your first 3 months of ordering.

For the first restaurants on: no 4% for 3 months — you pay card processing at cost and nothing else on orders while you move your regulars over. The monthly is never discounted; that's what keeps someone on the hook.

Before you say yes

Straight answers.

Do I have to leave DoorDash? +

No. Keep the apps for the customers who live there; put your own page in front of the ones who already know you — the sign, the receipt, the Google listing, the bag. Every order that moves is 25% back in your pocket.

What does "on the hook" mean? +

Taylor answers for every change. Patch does the work in about a minute; if it is wrong, you text once and it is fixed, and Taylor sees every conversation. It is a service with a person behind it, not a tool you are handed.

What can I change by text today? +

Your website: hours, the menu, prices, photos from your phone, a new page of the kind you have. Google listing changes and review replies go to Taylor, who does them the same day, until Patch is connected to your Google account (that is being set up; it needs Google's sign-off, not yours).

What does ordering actually include? +

Your menu on your own page, cart and checkout, cards through Stripe, orders straight into Square or Clover if you have one, pickup and delivery (delivery quoted to the customer at checkout), and your customers' names and emails, which are yours. It runs on Plateful, the ordering engine we built and run.

Is there a contract? +

Starter has no minimum: cancel by text. Standard has a 3-month minimum because a site gets built in the first month. Ordering has no minimum; the 4% only applies to orders that happen.

Who am I paying? +

Plateful LLC, Taylor's company, through Stripe. The statement says PATCHLAMP.

Text Taylor the thing that's wrong on your listing.

It's live today, free. If you want it kept right, that's $99 a month and he's on the hook for all of it.
